Our Extended Membership offers a higher level of support, with more flexibility, more frequent input, and a more proactive approach to health.

Members receive prioritised access to appointments, particularly valuable at times when demand is high.

This membership includes a typical annual allowance of:

• 6 face‑to‑face Extended Consultation appointments

• 6 telephone consultations

• 1 home visit, where clinically appropriate

• Ongoing support with prescriptions, referrals, and care coordination

• Email advice and follow‑up

• An annual Athol Health Comprehensive Medical
