Our Core Membership provides dependable access to a GP who knows your history, with time to discuss concerns properly and agree on a clear plan.
Members benefit from prioritised access to appointments in a setting where pay‑as‑you‑go availability is often limited. We aim to offer continuity wherever possible, so you can build a working relationship with your doctor over time.
The membership includes a balanced level of care across in‑person and remote support. This typically covers face‑to‑face consultations, telephone reviews, prescription management, referral letters, and email advice where appropriate. It also includes a comprehensive core health check with blood tests, allowing for periodic review and early identification of problems.
This option is suited to those who want reliable, high quality GP care with continuity, supported by a defined level of access across the year.
Our Extended Membership offers a higher level of support, with more flexibility, more frequent input, and a more proactive approach to health.
Members receive prioritised access to appointments, particularly valuable at times when demand is high. Alongside this, the membership provides an increased level of face‑to‑face care, supported by telephone consultations, email access, prescription management, and administrative support including referrals and care coordination.
This membership also includes our complete medical assessment with blood tests, providing a more detailed evaluation of health, as well as the option of a home visit if needed.
It is particularly suited to those who prefer closer follow‑up, are managing ongoing conditions, or would value more regular access and reassurance.
